To all colleges, student unions, and student science and technology associations: The China Creative Challenges Contest (3C Contest or "China Creative Challenge Contest") is a competition included in the "Analysis Report on National College Student Competitions" published by the China Higher Education Association under the Ministry of Education. It is my country's first comprehensive, interdisciplinary, multi-professional, and widely influential authoritative competition covering digital art, digital design, digital creativity, digital media, and digital technology innovation. It is also the first competition in my country to elevate the competition to a philosophical level and the first to provide free copyright protection and documentation for submitted works. In this era of rapid technological iteration, the China Creative Challenge Contest hopes that college students will use creativity as their pen and craftsmanship as their ink to create high-quality works with rich connotations and positive values, popularizing public aesthetic appreciation, enhancing the level of civilization among the people, expanding public awareness, advocating the spirit of love, and promoting the goodness within the nation. Southeast University plans to organize all faculty and students to participate, with the School of Art as the organizer.

I. Participants: All faculty and students currently enrolled in the university.
II. Competition Objectives: The competition aims to "encourage originality, stimulate innovative thinking, showcase the latest achievements in digital art and technological innovation, and integrate digital art design, digital technology innovation, and industry-academia-research collaboration." It is guided by the goal of promoting international confidence in Chinese culture, and takes it upon itself to enhance the civility and broaden the cognitive horizons of university students. Through critical thinking and art therapy, it seeks to cultivate a broad social value system among university students. The competition encourages students to actively participate in social innovation design, serve society with their professional knowledge, broaden their international perspectives, cultivate teamwork spirit, and become future creative leaders, using design to change lives and create productivity.
