To thoroughly study and implement the *Science and Technology Popularization Law of the People's Republic of China*, the *Jiangsu Province National Science Literacy Action Plan (2021-2035)*, and the *Implementation Opinions on Further Strengthening Science and Technology Popularization in the New Era* issued by the General Offices of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and the Jiangsu Provincial Government, and to widely promote science popularization, cultivate an innovative culture, promote the spirit of scientists, and create a social atmosphere that loves and respects science, the organizing committee of the Zijin Science Popularization Public Welfare Works Competition (the 11th Jiangsu Province Science Popularization Public Welfare Works Competition) will officially launch in December 2025.

The competition theme is "Love Science, Respect Science, Coexistence of All Things, Harmony and Sustainability." From the perspectives of promoting the spirit of scientists and the scientific spirit, strengthening science popularization capacity building, advancing the national science literacy action, advocating a green and healthy lifestyle, adhering to green development, and promoting rural revitalization, the competition aims to guide the public to actively participate in science popularization creation through various art forms, providing high-quality science popularization resources for society.
